Designers find inspiration everywhere. Even if we didn't know these over the knees were named "Ginger," we could make a pretty decent guess at what inspired them. The brown accents look like the outside of a ginger root, and the fabulously unique yellow looks just like ginger to us.

Backstory: Our hearts stopped when we saw the stunning color combinations of the Minga Berlin over the knee socks. Fashion forward, bold, and original; the exquisite color pairings were everything we look for in a sock, plus they're over the knee?! AND organic cotton?! Yeah, we were sold. Some very serious sock negotiations, foreign transactions, currency conversions, and import taxes and duties later- we had the Minga Berlin socks, direct from Germany, now in the US! And we couldn't be happier!
