S/M: generally fits 100 to 130 lbs. for people 5'0" to 5'4"

1x/2x: generally fits 150 to 200 lbs. for people 4'11" to 5'5"
3x/4x: generally fits 185 to 250 lbs. for people 5'4" to 6'0"

Hand wash separately. Drip dry. Do not bleach.
I have on occasion washed and dried in a washer / dryer without horrible results, but that's because I'm lazy and was willing to assume the risk and liability of ignoring the proper care instructions, so do the same at your own risk.
